After School Programs

After School Adventure Camp – Year round outdoor adventures!
During our after-school adventure programs, camp leaders take small groups of children to a variety of local outdoor areas where they are able to immerse themselves in nature. The program follows a loose curriculum of environmental stewardship, outdoor activities, and survival skills that have been tailored to allow children to feel comfortable and gain confidence in being outside. All of our days at camp are focused around either a tangible skill or intangible knowledge which allows children to foster a connection with nature in many different ways. 
Adventure days start when we meet campers at our outdoor location for the day (or when we pick campers up at a designated location for some camps). From there, we head out to explore and play in the fun, natural space for the afternoon. We provide snack, water, and any necessary activity materials. At the end of the day, you pick up your happy camper from our staff!

Continuous Exposure
Our programs are structured to not only give our campers a positive expereince in the outdoors, but most importantly, to give them continuous exposure to an environment that encourages problem solving, improvising, adventure, risk management, and a deeper understanding of our natural world.
When children are regularly interacting with the environment for extended periods of time, campers develop a stonger connection to nature, and a "once in a lifetime" experience becomes a lifetime of experiences.
