Summer camp cancelation policy

Non-refundable tuition deposits are due no later than 14 days after we receive your enrollment. 
The remaining tuition is due no later than 30 days before your camp begins.  

If full tuition is not collected by the due date, campers may forfeit their spot, or late fees may apply. 

For all camp sessions, if you must cancel or leave for any reason, VF will retain the following percentage of tuition; 

More than 30 days prior to camp start date, VF will retain your deposit only 
Between 20 and 29 days prior to camp start date, VF will retain 50% of your tuition 
Between 10 and 19 days prior to camp start date, VF will retain 75% of your tuition 
Less than 10 days prior to camp start date, there will be no refunds. 


*Full refund (less the deposit) will be granted if all spots are filled or with Doctors note
